Shipping
Orders sent within Australia are delivered via Australia Post. Where possible we will send your order via Express Post satchel, otherwise it will be sent via Registered Post.
Estimated shipping times are as follows:

Order processing
Where all the items in your order are listed as In Stock, we will endeavour to ship the order within 24 hours of receipt. If any items in your order are not In Stock and we do not expect to be able to supply them within one week, we will contact you.
Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne outlet on business days (i.e. Monday to Friday). We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Victorian Public Holidays.

Payments
All online orders are directed to our secure PayPal gateway for payment processing. Payment can be made via PayPal account or credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard only. All transactions are processed in a secure manner and all your credit card information is encrypted for your protection.
At the time you place the order we will authorise payment on your card. When your order is dispatched we will charge the card.
Privacy
Anchor BMX is committed to the protection of your privacy. We will not sell, exchange or otherwise divulge personal information about you to third parties apart from where it is required for the processing or delivery of your order or if required by law.
Returns and refunds
If for any reason you wish to return an item purchased from Anchor BMX please email returns@anchorbmx.com.au quoting your order number and the reason for the return. Authorised returns will be issued with a Return Number which should be clearly quoted when you return the goods to us or contact us about your return.
When returning the item(s), please be sure to include:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Order number and date ordered
- Return Number
All returns must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging and returned within 30 days of original purchase.
Goods returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted. We cannot accept items returned after 30 days of original purchase or that are not in original condition, and or have missing packaging and/or parts.
Where the items are CDs, DVDs or magazines, Anchor BMX will only accept returns where the item was damaged prior to delivery, has a manufacturing fault or where an incorrect title was supplied.
Clothing and shoes incorrectly ordered (e.g. wrong colour or size specified) will be accepted for exchange only. A 10% handling fee on the total order price will apply.
Anchor BMX will only refund return freight costs where it is at fault.
NB: Items on special at the time of the purchase may not be returned.
Warranties
All warranties are at the sole discretion of the manufacturers.
Generally, warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship. Damage from abuse, neglect or accidents are not covered under any warranty. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to repair or replace defective merchandise.
Please refer to any warranty card/form provided with products. If required, complete any warranty forms or cards and send them to the associated manufacturer/distributor. Failure to do so may void any warranty.
Labour and shipping costs are not covered under any warranty.
